Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 23 Sep 2014 16:07:17 -0700 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, The level of solar activity is low. Yesterday's target (12172) has continued to release low C-class activity. There is some evidence for flux emergence in the intermediate portion of the region. Further low C-class activity is expected, with a chance for a moderate C-class flare. The position of NOAA 12172 on 23-Sep-2014 20:45 UT is: S11E39, ( -586", -271" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
