Subject: MM#003 Major Flare Watch" -

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is high. Over the past 24 hours NOAA 12192 initially showed signs of decay before emerging new magnetic flux and strengthening its delta spot. This active region continues to display a beta-gamma-delta/F-type sunspot group classification. 12192 produced several high C-class events since yesterday's message and two X-class events (an X3.1 flare on 24-Oct-2014 at 21:07 UT and an X1.0 flare on 25-Oct-2014 at 16:55 UT that is currently decaying). The MM#003 Major Flare Watch will continue for the next 24-48 hours as NOAA 12192 still retains a strong potential for a further flaring above the M5 level.
The position of NOAA 12192 on 25-Oct-2014 at 18:00 UT is:
