Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. The two largest regions on the visible disk (NOAA regions 12209 and 12216) showed signs of decay over the past 24 hours, while NOAA 12217 emerged new magnetic flux. NOAA 12217 remains classified as a simple beta/C-type sunspot group but displays a small amount of mixed polarity flux with no spots in its intermediate portion. This region was the only source of C-class flaring since yesterday’s message and also produced several H-alpha flares. More C-class activity is expected over the following 24 hour period, with a small chance for an isolated low M-class event.
The position of NOAA 12217 on 25-Nov-2014 at 13:00 UT is:
S19E46, ( -662”, -335” )
