MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2242 is now located just beyond the southwestern limb. 2242 was the source of a few C-class events since the last message. The largest was a C4.9 event at 12/23/22:49 UT. The new target will be NOAA 2241. If possible, include the limb position of 2242 (S16W91) within your F-O-V. C-class activity is possible in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 2241 on December 24 at 12:30 UT is: S08W68 (Solar X = 896", Solar Y = -122")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
