Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity is low. NOAA region 12280 has decayed over the past 24 hours as it rotates towards the South West limb, apparently losing its delta-spot configuration. However, 12282 has increased in spot area and number of spots and is now designated as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group classification. This region continued to produce C-class activity over the past 24 hours after the previous long duration M2.4 event on 9-Feb-2015 at 22:59 UT. Further C-class flares are expected over the following 24 hours, with a reasonable chance for another low M-class flare.
The position of NOAA 12282 on 11-Feb-2015 at 22:30 UT is:
N11E36, ( -557”, 275” )
