Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA 12292 is the largest spotted region on the visible disk and has again displayed moderate increase in both spot area and number of spots over the past 24 hours. This region remains classified as a beta/D-type sunspot group and was the source of 2 low C-class events since yesterday’s email, the largest being a C2.8 flare on 04-Mar-2015 at 09:44 UT. More C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12292 on 04-Mar-2015 at 17:00 UT is:
S08W68, ( 892”, -89” )
