Yesterday's target region NOAA 12305 continues to decay, and is classified as a C-type/beta magnetic configuration. 12305 is approaching the South West limb. No significant flare activity is expected in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 12305 on April 1 at 11:35 UT is: S11W71 (Solar X = 892", Solar Y = -147") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
