Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at very low levels with GOES X-ray flux at B5 level. Yesterday's target region NOAA 12361 has remained flare quiet for the past 24 hours. NOAA 12360 has shown a resurgence, and is classified as a beta-gamma/E-type magnetic configuration. 12360 is displaying mixed polarities as well as flux emergence in its intermediate portion. It will be today's target region. Low level activity is possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12360 on June 8 at 11:35 UT is:
N15W11 (Solar X = 174", Solar Y = 242")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
