Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity remains at very low levels. Only two low level B-class flares (B3.0 and B1.7) were produced by the target region NOAA 12427 in the past 24 hours. 12427 is still the only numbered sunspot region on the visible solar disk. It now has a beta/C-type sunspot group. Only very low activity is possible in the next 24 hour period.
The position of NOAA 12427 on October 6 at 14:35 UT is:
N18W67 (Solar X = 841", Solar Y = 254")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
