Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Sun, 22 Nov 2015 10:28:05 -0700 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity has been at GOES C-level since the last message. There were numerous C-class flares from the target region NOAA 12457 and NOAA 12454 (N13W47), with the largest one being a C5.6 at 11/22/05:31 UT. 12457 remains its beta/D-type magnetic configuration with increasing in sunspot area and number of spots slightly. It continues to display flux emergence and also cancellation at its southern spots. C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hour period. The position of NOAA 12457 on November 22 at 15:35 UT is: N11E40 (Solar X = -614", Solar Y = 160") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
