Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Tue, 24 Nov 2015 11:04:27 -0700 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity has been at a very low level with a few high B-class events emanating from the target region NOAA 12457 and also NOAA 12454 (N14W76). NOAA 12457 is now classified as a D-type/beta-gamma magnetic configuration with fragmenting spots. It is still showing opposite-polarity flux emergence at its southern spots. Only low-level activities expected in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 12457 on November 24 at 15:35 UT is: N11E14 (Solar X = -231", Solar Y = 157") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
