Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Sun, 20 Dec 2015 17:49:04 +0000 Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar activity has increased to the mid C-level since the last message due to a resurgence from NOAA 12470 and the prospect of a new region rotating onto the eastern limb. NOAA 12470 continues to decay but was the source of a C4.5 flare at 21:49 UT yesterday. It shall continue to be the target region with further C-level activity possible. The position of NOAA 12470 on 20-Dec-2015 at 06:35 UT is: N14W12, ( 197", 261" ) See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
