Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target Date: Mon, 7 Mar 2016 08:35:33 -0800 MM#009 Default HESSI Target Dear RHESSI Collaborators, Solar flare activity is very low. The background x-ray flux is currently at the B1.6 level. The largest reported event was a B2.7 at 03/06/18:04 UT produced by target region NOAA 2512. 2512 is now decaying (especially within the trailing portion) after displaying flux emergence yesterday. Another B-class event possible in the next 24 hours. The position of NOAA 2512 on March 07 at 15:35 UT is: N11W39 (Solar X = 598", Solar Y = 276") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
