The background x-ray flux is currently B1.7. Target region NOAA 2524 is mostly unchanged and mostly quiescent producing only one minor B-class event since the last message. Another B-class event probable with a slight chance of a C-class event in the next 24 hour period. The position of NOAA 2524 on March 18 at 13:00 UT is: N14E53 (Solar X = -749", Solar Y = 302") See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
