Subject: SXT pointing for JOP113, Tuesday 26 October

Hello Jake et al,

Sorry, I was a bit tardy in sending out the pointings because of one or two problems here. Basically, we are staying with AR 8739, with the following co-ordinates

At SXT pass 1 (00:11 UT) on Tuesday October 26

Heliographic S13 E3 SoHO/TRACE (x,y) (-49", -298")

The M flare that occurred this morning seems to have happened in the loops connecting AR 8739 and AR 8741 (though we didn't actually _get_ the flare because of the problem to which I was alluding). So if TRACE can point so that you get AR 8739 and as much of these loops as possible in the FOV that would be great. SXT will (should) go to the flare wherever it is.

best wishes,

Lyndsay.
