Subject: JOP113 pointing for Thursday, 28 October

Dear JOP113 participants

We have decided once again to follow AR 8739 for Thursday's observations (October 28). Again we will be sending up two tables. The first, at Yohkoh Pass 1 (27-oct-99 22:56 UT - note, this is the first pass of the JST day, which accounts for it being dated the 27th UT) will be in PFI dominant mode and fixed pointing. At pass 3 (28-oct-99 02:20 UT) we will change back to FFI dominant and ARS2 pointing.

Our coordinates are

AR 8739 at 27-Oct-99 22:56 UT (Yohkoh Pass 1)

Heliographic: S 11.4 W24.1 SoHO/TRACE (x,y) (386".5, -262".6)

        at 28-Oct-99 02:20 UT (Yohkoh Pass 3)

Heliographic: S 11.4 W25.7 SoHO/TRACE (x,y) (410".5, -261".6)

Many thanks,

SXT_CO (Fletcher & McKenzie)
