Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear HESSI collaborators,

NOAA 9338 has rapidly developed to a beta-gamma region which has produced two C-class flares today. Within the past 12-hours, the region has also become extremely bright in H-alpha and shown continuous flux emergence: C- and possibly M-class events can therefore be expected.

NOAA 9338's position at 10-feb-2001 00:00 UT is:

S20 W01, ( Solar_X = 24", Solar_Y = -225 )

Best regards,

Peter Gallagher.
