Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear HESSI collaborators,

Solar activity was very low yesterday. The target EFR (NOAA 9354) increased in plage and sunspot area yesterday and remains the brightest H-alpha plage on the disk at this time. We will continue watching it again today especially since it is now within SOHO's MDI Hi-Resolution, disk center field-of-view.

Position of AR9354 (Feb. 18/16:30 UT):

S09E11 (Solar_X = -183", Solar_Y = -037")

Regards, Bill Marquette
