Dear HESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 9494 has decayed within the trailing sunspot, but developed significantly within the intermediate portion where a delta configuration has emerged. There is bright H-alpha plage located along the delta magnetic inversion line. AR9494 produced numerous C-class events yesterday and the C-9.7 at 01:04 and the C-6.3 at 09:02 today. Additional C-class events are certain with an increasing chance of another M-class event.
The position of NOAA 9494 on June 10 at 16:30 UT:
S08W52 (Solar_X = 739", Solar_Y = -137")
