Dear Colleagues,
NOAA 9608 (S27W03) has decayed slightly, but continues to retain the potential to produce a major flare and will continue to be the target region. NOAA 9607 (S17W19) appears to be in decay phase. NOAA 9610 (S13E12) has developed sunspot area and count, and magnetic complexity since the last message and is capable of producing M-level activity at this time.
The position of NOAA 9608 on September 11 at 17:00 UT: S27W03 (Solar_X = 044", Solar_Y = -536").
