Dear HESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 9742 is mostly unchanged from yesterday. 9742 is a pair of "stacked" regions. Both regions have moderate magnetic complexity (beta-gamma-delta). C- and M-class events probable with a major flare possible.

The position of NOAA 9742 on December 22 at 22:00 UT: N10W16 (Solar X = 266", Solar Y = 201")
