Dear HESSI collaborators,

NOAA 9830 is mostly unchanged and continues to have the potential to produce C-class events, an M-class event, and a slight chance of an isolated major flare before west limb passage.

The position of NOAA 9830 on February 24 at 18:00 UT: S19W60 (Solar X = 795", Solar Y = -256")
