Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target 

Dear HESSI collaborators,

NOAA 9866 has entered a rapid decay phase especially within the trailing portion. The magnetic delta configuration which showed signs of decaying yesterday has disappeared. C-class event expected with a chance of another M-class event. Note: NOAA 9871 (S21E20) continues in slow growth phase with opposite polarity flux emerging adjacent to the old leader sunspot. 9871 produced the M1.3 event at 03/17/10:19 UT.
