Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region, NOAA 0017 (S18W60) produced an M1.5 event at 07/02/20:31 and an X1.5 event at 07/03/02:31 UT. The magnetic complexity has decayed slightly, but the delta configuration is still present. Another M-class event is probable and there is a chance of another X-class event if the delta cotinues to exist.

The position of NOAA 0017 on July 3 at 15:00 UT: S18W60 (Solar X = 779", Solar Y = -316")

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest, www.bbso.njit/cgi-bin/LatestImages, and www.lmsal.com/solarsoft/last_events for images and further details.
