Dear RHESSI collaborators,

The beta-gamma-delta region NOAA 0030 has maintained its magnetic complexity since yesterday and has produced some intermediate-level activity today. There has been significant flux emergence in the trailing portions of the group which is likely to result in increased activity. Further C- and M-class events expected with a chance for an X.

The position of NOAA 0030 on 15-Jul-2002 13:00 UT is:

N19E04, ( -62", 239" )

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/0030.html for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Peter Gallagher, L-3 Com Analytics Corp/NASA GSFC.
