Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 0069 continues to produce C- and M-class events at a copious rate. The region produced an M5.4 at 01:47 UT which was probably associated with a CME first seen in LASCO/C2 at 02:06 UT and an increase in the >100 MeV proton flux. Although the region is now approaching the west limb, there are still several delta configurations visible. Further C- and M-class events expected with a chance for a X.

The position of NOAA 0069 on 22-Aug-2002 13:00 UT is:

S08W66, ( 859", -177" )

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/0069.html for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
