Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 10096 is a compact, rapidly growing region which has produced some low level activity in the past 24 hours. The group has experienced some flux emergence, and now contains a small delta in its trailer. Further low-level activity expected.

The position of NOAA 10096 on 5-Sep-2002 10:00 UT is:
