Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region complex 0105/0114 continue in decay phase, but there is newly-emerged reversed polarity flux (first noticed 9/17) located S-SE of the large 0105 leader polarity sunspot. 0105 produced a C3.8 at 09/18/01:19 and a C4.8 at 09/18/02:22 UT. Please image both regions. C-class event probable, M-class event possible.

Note: NOAA 0119, S14E08, continues in growth phase and appears to be forming a magnetic delta configuration. C-class event expected and an M-class possible if growth continues.

The position of NOAA 0105 on September 18 at 15:00 UT: S08W65 (Solar X = 858", Solar Y = -181") The position of NOAA 0114 on September 18 at 15:00 UT: S11W52 (Solar X = 740", Solar Y = -253")

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/ for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
