Dear RHESSI collaborators,

There has been some significant flux emergence in the trailer portions of NOAA 0162 leading to the formation of a distinct delta. The region has produced some low- and intermediate-level events over the past days, and is expected to continue at a similar level.

The position of NOAA 0162 on 27-Oct-2002 17:00 UT is:

N26W37, ( 524", 364" )

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/0162.html for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Peter Gallagher, L-3 Com Analytics Corp/NASA GSFC.
