Dear RHESSI collaborators,
The neighbouring active regions NOAA 0180 and 0181 have produced several low-level events over the past 24-hours as they continue to evolve. The westmost region, NOAA 10181, has maintained a distinct delta in its leader, across which there are strong longitudinal field gradients visible. Further C- and M-class events expected.
The position of the center of the NOAA 0180/0181 complex at 5-Nov-2002 03:00 UT is approximately:
S10E24, ( -370, -220 )
See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/0181 for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
