Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 0180 continues to grow in size and complexity and has developed a second delta in its interior since yesterday's message. The region has produced some low level events recently and is expected to continue at a similar activity level, with a good chance for an intermediate-level event.

Yesterday, we incorrectly associated a small neighbouring region (NOAA 0181) with the leader portions of NOAA 0180. Thanks to Bill Murtagh (USAF/SEC) for pointing this out and apologies for any confusion caused.

The position of NOAA 0180 on 6-Nov-2002 14:00 UT is:

S10E09, ( -149", -231" )

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/0180.html for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,
