Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region, NOAA 0180 (S11W92), produced several C-class events and an M2.9 during west limb passage yesterday. NOAA 0180 may produce additional events behind the visible west limb, but NOAA 0191 has increased its magnetic complexity and at S18E15 provides a better visible target. C-class events expected and M-class events are possible.

The position of NOAA 0191 on November 13 at 17:00 UT: S18E15 (Solar X = -239", Solar Y = -347")

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/, www.bbso.njit.edu/cgi-bin/LatestImages, and www.lmsal.com/solarsoft/last_events/ for additional information and images and for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan go to solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml.

Bill Marquette, BBSO/NJIT.
