Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 0198 has decayed within the trailing portions, but added some magnetic complexity and sunspot area in the leader. C-class events expected with the chance of another M-class event.

The position of NOAA 0198 on November 19 at 16:00 UT: S18E34 (Solar X = -518", Solar Y = -331")
