Dear RHESSI collaborators,

There are a number of regions on the disk today likely to produce low and possible even intermediate level activity. NOAA active regions 0223 and 0225 represent a large cluster of spots recently rotated onto the disk. The regions are very bright in EIT 28.4 nm and are in close proximity to a large filament. C-class events expected with a chance for an M.

The position of NOAA 0225 on 14-Dec-2002 15:00 UT is:

N17E57, ( -783", 293" )

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/0225.html for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
