Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 0243 is an extremely rapidly developing region which has emerged over the past 24-hours. The region is composed of several small spots in a highly asymmetric configuration, and contains a small delta in the northeast of the group. C-class events expected with a chance for an M.

The position of NOAA 0243 on 4-Jan-2003 14:00 UT is:

S19W42 (619",-277")
