Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region, NOAA 0278 (N18E16), remains mostly unchanged from yesterday. A slight decay in magnetic complexity in the northern area has occured. C-class events possible.

The position of NOAA 0278 on February 9 at 17:00 UT: N18E16 (Solar X= -256", Solar Y= 401")
