Dear RHESSI collaborators,

New target region. NOAA 0282 is the largest spotted region on the disk. Solar activity has been very low from regions on the disk. Target region NOAA 0282 could produce a C-class event.

The position of NOAA 0282 on February 15 at 17:00 UT: N10W68 (Solar X= 888", Solar Y= 210")
