Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Solar activity was at low levels again yesterday. Newly emerged region, NOAA 0290, developed rapidly and is displaying a fairly complex magnetic configuration. 0290 produced a B8.1 and a C1.9 at 02/19/06:48 and 02/19/14:37 UT. Another C-class event is possible and if growth continues, it may have the potential to produce a low level M-class event. 0290 emerged NE of NOAA 0288. The MM#009 target will switch from 0288 to 0290 today.

The position of NOAA 0290 on February 19 at 16:00 UT: N17E37 (Solar X = -560", Solar Y = 373")
