Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region, NOAA 0290, remains moderately complex with a beta-gamma-delta magnetic configuration. The weak delta is located within the southern portion of the leading polarity sunspot. An M-class event is possible.    Note: NOAA 0289 (N10W88) produced several C-class events during west limb passage.

The position of NOAA 0290 on February 21 at 10:00 UT: N17E12 (Solar X = -193", Solar Y = 394")
