Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region NOAA 0290 has continued to decay both in sunspot area and magnetic complexity. Expect C-class events with a very slight chance for M-class event.

The position of NOAA 0290 on February 23 at 18:00 UT: N18W16 (Solar X= 255", Solar Y= 409")

See www.bbso.njit.edu/arm/latest/ for images and solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
