Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target 

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Target region NOAA 0290 (N18W30) continues to decay mostly in the trailing sunspots. Some very minor mixing. Region produced a C1.1 at 11:36 UT today. Expect C-class events.

The position of NOAA 0290 on February 24 at 14:30 UT N18W30 (Solar X= 462", Solar Y= 397")
