Dear RHESSI collaborators,
A new region, NOAA 0464, has appeared on the east limb, and has already produced several C-class flares. It appears to be a medium sized beta region, containing a bright loop system (viewable in EIT FE XII and EIT Fe XV). Further low-level activity expected, with an small chance for an isolated M-class flare.
The approximate position of NOAA 0464 on 21-Sep-2003 08:00 UT is:
N05E73, ( -910", 48" )
