Subject: MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Solar flare activity continues at low-levels with only one C-class event reported with its source from a region beyond the east limb at about S09. Target region, NOAA 0551, is mostly unchanged since the last message. It is possible that we may switch to the east limb region tomorrow.

The position of NOAA 0551 on February 7 at 17:30 UT: S06E03 (Solar X = -050", Solar Y = 007")

See http://beauty.nascom.nasa.gov/arm/latest/ for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards, Bill Marquette, BBSO/NJIT.
