Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Solar flare activity has been at very low-levels for several days. Target region, NOAA 0554, continues in slow decay phase, but a B-class event is possible.

The position of NOAA 0554 on February 13 at 16:00 UT: S10E02 (Solar X = -033", Solar Y = -055")

See http://beauty.nascom.nasa.gov/arm/latest/ for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
