Dear RHESSI collaborators,

Although active region NOAA 0649 may have entered decay phasse, it still maintains several small deltas and continues to produce M-class activity. Further low- to intermediate- level events expected, with a good chance for another X-class flare.

The position of NOAA 0649 on 18-Jul-2004 13:00 UT is

S10E05, ( -81", -240" )

See http://beauty.nascom.nasa.gov/arm/latest/0649.html for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

James McAteer, NASA GSFC.
