Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 10682 has developed a small delta configuration in its southern
portions, which may lead to an increase in activity. The region has
produced a number of low-level events since rotating onto the disk,
and is expected to continue at a similar level.

The position of NOAA 10682 on 15-Oct-2004 12:15 UT is:

S13E43, ( -641", -285" )
