Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 10682 has experienced further small-scale flux emergence,
and has maintained a delta in its southern portions. A newly emerged
beta-gamma region has also emerged within ~100" of NOAA 10682, which may
result in increased activity. C-class events expected, with a small chance
for an M.

The position of NOAA 10682 on 17-Oct-2004 12:45 UT is:

S14E16, ( -258", -321" )
