Dear RHESSI collaborators,

There has been continued flux emergence in the central portions of NOAA
0687 which may result in increased activity. The region, which is
currently classified as a beta-gamm region, is expected to produce
low-level events, with a chance for an M.

The position of NOAA 0687 on 23-Oct-2004 13:45 UT is:

N10E31, ( -491", 94" )
