Dear RHESSI collaborators,

NOAA 0691 was the source of numerous C-class events as it rotated over the
west limb. We will switch the target region to recently emerged NOAA
region 0696. 0696 produced 3 M-class events on November 3. 0696 has a
beta-gamma magnetic configuration. Additional M-class events are
possible. The largest region on the disk, NOAA 0693, has increased its
magnetic complexity with an emergence of negative polarity flux within its
trailing positive polarity but so far is not flare productive.

The position of target region NOAA 0696 on November 4 at 14:30 UT:
N09E24 (Solar X = -390", Solar Y = 090")
