Dear RHESSI collaborators,

At this time we are implementing Max Millennium Coordinated Observing Plan
003 (Regions Likely To Produce Major Flares). NOAA 0696 is magnetically
complex with a beta-gamma-delta configuration and continues in growth
phase. 0696 produced 3 C-class and 3 M-class events since the last
message. C- and M-class events expected with the chance of a major flare
(high-level M-class or X-class) event as well.

The position of NOAA 0696 on November 5 at 14:00 UT:
N09E11 (Solar X = -183", Solar Y = 088")
